This is the perfect Adirondack getaway. George & Susan provide beautifully appointed home in a perfect setting. The home itself is 2BR, 2BR, with 2 car garage, kitchen, laundry etc. But the experience is so much more. We arrived to fresh flowers, a handwritten note and a tray of local items including maple syrup from Essex, NY, Lake Champlain Chocolates from nearby Burlington, VT and Dak (Adirondack) bars. The kitchen has every possible appliance and utensil. A homemade guide book with every imaginable attraction. But most impressive of all is the breathtaking view of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont. We took excursions to Burlington, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake. Montreal is about 1.5hr drive. The property is lake front and we took advantage of swimming, kayaks and paddle board. Owners are responsive. Check in is a breeze with the electronic door locks. This is our second stay at the ADK Oasis (once in the winter, and once in the summer), and we love it more and more each time. Thanks for everything!
